When good food goes wrong
Not every experiment works, and that is certainly the case for tonight’s dinner. It seemed like such a good idea at the time; roasted veggies with haloumi. What could go wrong? My impatience is what went wrong. Anyway, I still think it was a good idea and if I can exercise some patience next time…
